Co-founded Altea Partners in 2024 and serves as its Managing Partner, based in London. Prior to Altea Partners, he was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. He has worked on a wide range of public and private equity, equity-linked, debt, and derivatives transactions for issuers across the technology, financial services, industrials, and natural resources sectors. He holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Maastricht.
Co-founded Altea Partners in 2024 and serves as its Managing Partner, based in Berlin. Prior to Altea Partners, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Citigroup. He has worked on over 100 M&A, equity and debt transactions across a wide range of sectors, including TMT, healthcare, consumer/retail, financial services, and industrials. He holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Maastricht.
She is a Director at Altea Partners, having joined the firm in 2025. She brings over 10 years of investment banking experience from Citigroup (Equity Capital & Private Capital Markets), Bank of America (Equity Capital Markets and Financials M&A) in London, and UBS (UHNW Corporate Advisory Group) in Zurich. She has executed more than 25 IPOs, private placements, block trades, rights issues, and SPAC transactions totaling over $45 billion across technology, industrials, consumer/retail, financial services, and fintech sectors. She holds a Master in Management Grande École from ESCP Europe in Paris and a BSc from the University of Mannheim in Germany.
He is a Senior Advisor to Altea Partners. He served as a German career diplomat from 1982 to 2021, with postings across four continents. His roles included Head of the German Representative Office in Ramallah, Ambassador to Singapore, Ambassador to Peru, and Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh, he advanced German-Saudi economic ties, promoted partnerships in renewable energy, infrastructure, and healthcare, and supported Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation agenda. Earlier assignments spanned the Federal Foreign Office, the EBRD in London, and senior policy leadership in nuclear non-proliferation. He now mentors future diplomats.
