Co-founded Altea Partners in 2024. Prior to Altea Partners, he was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, where he worked on a wide range of public and private equity, equity-linked, debt, and derivatives transactions for issuers across the technology, financial services, industrials, and natural resources sectors. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maastricht.

Prior to Altea Partners, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Citigroup, where he worked on over 100 M&A, equity, and debt transactions across a wide range of sectors, including TMT, healthcare, consumer/retail, financial services, and industrials. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maastricht.

Jasmin is a Director at Altea Partners, having joined the firm in 2025. She brings over 10 years of investment banking experience, gained at Citigroup (Equity Capital & Private Capital Markets) and Bank of America (Equity Capital Markets and Financials M&A) in London, and UBS (UHNW Corporate Advisory Group) in Zurich. She has executed more than 25 transactions — including IPOs, private placements, block trades, rights issues, and SPACs — totaling over $45 billion across the technology, industrials, consumer/retail, financial services, and fintech sectors. She holds a Master in Management Grande École from ESCP Europe in Paris and a BSc from the University of Mannheim.

Jörg is a Senior Advisor to Altea Partners. He served as a German career diplomat from 1982 to 2021, with postings across four continents, including as Head of the German Representative Office in Ramallah, Ambassador to Singapore, Ambassador to Peru, and Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh, he worked to deepen German-Saudi economic ties, foster partnerships in renewable energy, infrastructure, and healthcare, and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation agenda. Earlier in his career, he held positions at the Federal Foreign Office and the EBRD in London, and led senior policy work in nuclear non-proliferation. He now mentors the next generation of diplomats.
